Terms & Conditions

For ALL sessions including Schools

• All gymnasts must remove ALL jewellery prior to their class. If jewellery can not be physically removed you must make the Head coach or team leader aware.
• Gymnasts must wear a t-shirt which can be tucked in or appropriate fitness wear or leotard
• Fees must be paid by the date specified, after this, your child's space is no longer guaranteed.

For sessions

• After the trial parents must not sit in the gymnasium during the session
• Photos and videos must not be taken during sessions.
• Parents must stay within the facility for ALL preschool classes

Refunds

• Unless a class is cancelled by the club I am not entitled to a refund for missed classes
• I understand that I sign up for the term and if I withdraw my child I will not be refunded
• The only session that will be refunded is in a school setting if the child moves school

Social Media and messaging

• Parents/guardians must not contact any member of Watford Gymnastics Club staff via any of their private social media platforms
• Gymnasts must not contact any member of Watford Gymnastics Club staff via any of their private social media platforms
