Party Information

Thank you for choosing Watford Gymnastics Club for your child’s party. Please review the information below to help you plan your event.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event.

Party Details
- Duration: 1 hour in the gym, followed by 30 minutes for food.
- Pricing:
Up to 20 children: £215
Up to 30 children: £275
- Available Times:
Saturday: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Information for You
- Arrival:
You may arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the party begins to set up the food area. Please note, children are not allowed in the gymnasium during this time.
- Food and Drink:
Watford Gymnastics Club does not provide food or drink.
No cooking or reheating facilities are available.
Drinking water is available. We recommend bringing water bottles as the water facility is located outside the gym area.
- Supervision:
The gym is supervised. If there are specific games your child would like to play, please let us know in advance.
- Restrictions:
No food or drink is allowed in the gymnasium.
Only you are permitted to enter the gymnasium for photos (shoes must be removed).
There will be no play in the gym after food.
- Cleanup:
Please bring black bags for rubbish. You may leave one bag with us for disposal, but the rest must be taken with you.
- Departure:
You have 10 minutes after the end of the party to clear the food area and leave the building.

Information for Your Guests
- All jewellery must be removed before entering the gymnasium.
- Shoes and socks must be removed before entering the gymnasium.
- Long hair must be tied back in the gym.
- Please wear sportswear.
- Due to limited space, we encourage you to ask parents to drop off and pick up their children.

Parking
Parking is free. However, please ensure:
- Registration numbers are registered on the screen as soon as you enter the reception.
- Everyone parks in a marked bay.
- Do not park in any bays with a company name above, e.g., Shagun Weddings.
- Additional parking is available on the street in bays.
- Morrisons is a short 7-minute walk away.

By paying the £50 deposit, you agree to these terms.
